4.1 Currency. All transactions on the asaa88 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). asaa88 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. asaa88 supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and Visa/Mastercard, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as published on the platform.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. 4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no transactional activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly administrative fee may be applied to dormant account balances as set out in the platform's fee schedule. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, asaa88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform.
9.2 asaa88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10.1 asaa88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Members are encouraged to set deposit limits, wager limits, and session time reminders from the responsible gaming section of the account dashboard.
10.2 Self-exclusion is available to all members at any time and takes immediate effect upon activation. 11.1 asaa88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of: breach of this Agreement; fraudulent activity; money laundering; provision of false information; or technical error affecting game outcomes.
11.2 Upon closure of an Account due to breach of this Agreement, asaa88 may forfeit any balance in the Account, including Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11.3 You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting asaa88 support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to asaa88's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in Malaysia.
12.2 In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact asaa88 support to attempt resolution informally. asaa88 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notices within five (5) business days.
12.3 If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
13.1 asaa88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email or a prominent notice on the platform no fewer than seven (7) days prior to taking effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the asaa88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
